Maintenance as an integral part of the cooling system.
Proper maintenance of cooling systems, carried out regularly and professionally, is essential to ensure their proper operation and to prolong their longevity. Art-Eco, in addition to taking care of the installation of its evaporative coolers, also offers ordinary and extraordinary maintenance services, ensuring that its systems are always efficient and ready for use.
Routine maintenance: expertise, quality and professionalism
Normally, routine maintenance of cooling systems is carried out in two different operations during the year. The first intervention takes place with the arrival of the hot season, when it is necessary to remove the protective canopies, activate the water supply network and restart the coolers; the second intervention, on the other hand, is carried out at the end of the summer season, in view of the arrival of the cold weather and the need to “shelter” the system.
The crucial role of maintenance: monitoring and scheduling
Routine maintenance plays a crucial role in both proper winter shutdown of the system and spring restart. Although winter shutdown work is often longer, the restart phase is equally important to avoid sudden failures and ensure that the system is operating at its maximum potential and performance. A well-executed intervention is critical to avoid breakdowns, failures, and malfunctions.
Timeliness and technical support
One of Art-Eco’s strengths is the timing of interventions, carried out by specialized personnel. A team of specialized technicians is always available for an initial assessment of problems, ensuring prompt intervention at the most opportune time. In addition, thanks to the remoting of our cooling systems and with the help of the Ecool-i APP, our technicians always have a real-time view ensuring prompt intervention.
The process of restarting evaporative coolers.
The process of restarting evaporative coolers begins with the removal of the protective canopies, followed by a thorough inspection of the entire system. During this stage, the system is checked for damage due to low winter temperatures. Next, a thorough inspection of individual components, including the PADs (evaporator packs), is conducted to check their wear and efficiency. Once any critical issues are resolved and system cleaning is completed, the system is started up, ready to once again provide fresh, healthy air in sheds, workshops, and warehouses during the summer season.
Routine maintenance of cooling systems not only ensures proper operation, but also contributes to the longevity of the systems. Entrusting Art-Eco with routine and extraordinary maintenance work means hiring a professional, ensuring maximum performance and guaranteeing results.
