Our family is growing up!
In 2023, Art-Eco experienced growth for the third consecutive year, with the primary goal of developing new talents within the company. The company’s expansion also focuses on increasing its workforce, with future projects including the development of advanced industrial solutions and the training of highly specialized internal staff. A key objective is the integration of professional figures, such as the predictive technician, capable of analyzing, understanding, and preventing issues by actively intervening to resolve them. This represents a shift from a passive approach, where faults are endured without understanding their causes, to an active model where the root cause of the problem is identified, and specific procedures and technologies are immediately applied to resolve it.
Art-Eco envisions the new technician as a professional who utilizes predictive service models through data interpretation and the adoption of new technologies, supported by advanced management and remote monitoring. The company’s commitment is focused on recruiting specialized personnel with significant diagnostic, electrical, electronic, computer, and a solid mechanical knowledge base. The ongoing technological evolution is impacting every aspect of daily life, necessitating increasingly specialized technicians to meet the growing needs of companies, which are increasingly embracing digitalization.
The collaboration with schools and the world of research.
The dialogue with various technical and vocational institutes has supported our project and allowed us to introduce our company to young students. In this regard, Art-Eco has volunteered and positioned itself as a training ground and internship site, where we can impart experience and knowledge.
The collaboration extends to other institutions as well; with all these entities, we work on innovative projects, internships, lessons, and workshops—a form of Open Innovation that represents a virtuous circle capable of generating know-how and expertise.
The importance of training and updating.
Another fundamental role has been reserved for training to update and requalify our internal resources; training has involved roles at all levels, from administrative positions (front office staff, accountants, general clerks) to technical roles, culminating with skilled workers.
We place a strong emphasis on the professional development and updating of technicians and skilled workers already on staff; in a constantly evolving world and an increasingly complex reality, adaptability and flexibility are particularly valuable and are also the focus of substantial investments in internal training.
