Likewise, each subsequent stage, from installation to day-to-day management of the systems, is followed with the same level of care, in constant contact with the customer, who supplies the necessary feedback to improve planning.
Support, control and remote intervention on fixed cooling systems
Coupled with the state of the art technology of Art-Eco Coolers, the advanced management capabilities of the ECOOL-i App allow to remotely interact at any time with the cooling system from any location, using devices such as Smartphones, PCs or Tablets.
With the consent of the customer, Art-Eco can monitor the system to make sure that it is working properly and intervene remotely as necessary, or send out a support team if required.
