Water is a key part of the process.<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Adiabatic evaporative coolers use the natural process of water evaporation to cool the air. In ancient times, Arabs hung wet cloths on windows to use the cooling effect of air through water evaporation. When hot air passes over wet material (in this case the pads), the water evaporates and the heat of the air is absorbed, lowering the temperature of the air. This highlights the importance and role of water in terms of quality, quantity, and proper treatment. Adiabatic coolers optimize the water-air heat exchange process. Thanks to simple and effective components that require minimal maintenance, they are able to force the phenomenon of evaporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, without proper management and treatment, water can present possible issues for the system, including scale buildup, corrosion, deposits, algae formation, and most importantly, bacterial contamination. These are problems that can seriously affect the efficiency of such systems and, if not adequately treated from a microbiological standpoint, can lead to the proliferation of harmful bacteria for humans, such as Legionella. However, through suitable and adequate water treatments, these phenomena can be inhibited.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

First of all, it should be noted that water has always represented a natural habitat for bacteria, given its high nutrient and oxygen content. Art-Eco has therefore provided two different treatments for all fixed and portable cooling systems, to combat any type of bacteria and especially Legionella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first treatment is ECOOL-IGE<\/a>: our sanitizing sphere with a patented active ingredient. The water is purified by coming into contact with beads contained inside a PVC sphere; the ionizing component emits nascent oxygen that makes the water inhospitable to fungi and bacteria. This ionizer simply, naturally, and permanently destroys bacterial activity. It eliminates bacteria and inhibits the formation of algae and fungi inside the coolers. The water is simply purified by passing or staying in contact with the beads inside a PVC sphere; the ionizing component emits nascent oxygen to make the treated water inhospitable to fungi and bacteria, through the natural emission of the silver and tourmaline ions contained in them. The real innovation is the ability to remain active constantly in the tank, thus preventing bacterial proliferation. In fact, the composition is designed to release the active ingredient gradually and slowly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passing in contact with ultraviolet rays, as demonstrated by numerous studies, it disinfects up to 99.9%, thus eliminating bacteria and microbes without altering their properties and without generating residues or bad odors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
